Our Commitment

MTRCoG is committed to making marktwaincog.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard widely used to measure accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Conformance Status

Our web pages meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, based on our most recent independent audit and testing. Because we are still reviewing the PDF documents linked from our website, we describe our website as partially conformant until that review is complete.

What We Found

In October 2026, 54 Design Group, LLC completed an independent accessibility audit of our website, including automated scanning and keyboard and screen reader testing. The audit identified issues affecting keyboard navigation, page structure and headings, image descriptions, link text, and embedded content and controls. We corrected all of them by October 14, 2026, and follow-up testing confirmed the fixes.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. To keep our website accessible:

• We are reviewing the PDF documents on our website and will provide accessible versions of forms and other documents people use to access our services.
• We check new and updated content for accessibility as we add it to our website.
• We will have our website re-tested at least once a year, and after any redesign or major update.

Technical Specifications

Our website is built on Squarespace 7.0. It relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work with the web browser and any assistive technology you use. Accessibility was evaluated with Axe DevTools Pro, PopeTech, and Screaming Frog, together with manual review. Keyboard and screen reader (NVDA) testing was completed on October 14, 2026.

We updated this statement on October 14, 2026, after manual and screen reader testing was completed, and we will review it at least once a year.
